The main app section is the “Contacts” page. This page is loaded with over 55 toll free numbers or website addresses. Each contact offers a free baby or mommy sample, deal or coupon. Simply click the contact number to dial with your iPhone. When you are done contacting, the record becomes highlighted in gray to indicate that you have already contacted and you can move on to the next record!

This is a community driven app. Over the coming weeks we will roll out updates with additional free offers and we will remove phone numbers that no longer work.  Our goal is to grow this list to over 100 free baby samples for our next release.

This wordpress plugin allows you to view any published google doc within your wordpress admin. The plugin creates a custom admin page. This plugin works with any webpage (not just gogole docs).  You could even use this plugin to display yahoo news or google analytics.

This is a flash game I developed.  I wrote all of the action script and did all of the design work. It’s a work in progress to say the least.  I’m using it to test diferent ideas.  I recently wrote some logic for a jet pack, that includes a power meter and some custom logic.  You can see the jetpack by going to the “Warp” link on the intro page.

First I did some content optimization- incorporating this term into my title tags and heading tags- and content. Then I went on to link building. I built some widgets I even built a custom affiliate program and wordpress plugin.

I finally made it to position 7 in Google for the term “free baby samples”. I kept on link building and one day I checked and I moved to position #1 for free baby samples. My traffic quadrupled overnight! It’s been fun- setting a specific goal and achieving it. Nothing beats #1 .

The best feature of this budget spreadsheet is the ease of use.  I created a web form that populates a master log for my budget. The form is super simple. A dropdown for categories- an entry field for the amount.

It is an online form. So I have it bookmarked as does my wife. If I go out to lunch- I just visit the form and put in the amount. I hope to get an Iphone soon- so this will be even more useful. The form populates one worksheet- its just a long log of entries.   I created an array formula to take the data from this log and separate it out. The formula searches the form, for month and category- adds up all of the records found and places it in the appropriate ROW and COLUMN.

So we only have to use the web form to input expenses. The spreadhseet does the rest. We can see how we are doing month over month. We can also see how we are doing for the current month.  We can see how much we have spent on Groceries for example and how much is left to spend.

I just launched a new IPhone web App. It is a home mortgage calculator designed to play nicely on the Iphone. Don’t have an Iphone? Don’t worry, you can still use the calculator here–> Mortgage Calculator. I found a great, free PHP script that powers this mortgage calculator. I had to tweak the code and change the design to fit nicely on an IPhone. The sad thing is, I still don’t have an Iphone… my contract is almost up though and I plan to get one soon.

I’m using this web app to promote a new site I have in the works. The site is a blog dedicated to Home Budget Ideas, call HomeBudgetIdeas.com. It’s still in the early stages..

Mashups are great ! GasBuddy.com is a a great idea too.  On their website you can input your city or zip code and it will display a local map with current gas prices from several stations. What I really like about GasBuddy.com is they share this data with developers. I also found a great wordpress theme that is styled to display flawlessly on the Iphone.  Coupled together, along with a few CSS tweaks- and voila a really useful Iphone web app !
